There are moments when something within us asks to be met, a tension that won’t soften, an emotion that circles back, or a quiet sense that the body remembers more than the mind can name.

A HeartSomatics™ Experiencing Session is a gentle meeting place between awareness and the body’s own wisdom. We begin not with fixing or analysis, but with listening, following the subtle language of sensation, emotion and impulse as it unfolds in real time.

Together, we create the conditions for integration, where what has been held can soften, where the nervous system can re-organise, and where the heart can begin to trust the rhythm of life again.

Each session is guided moment by moment, shaped by what your body reveals. There may be stillness, movement, tears, breath, or simple noticing, whatever helps your system find completion and ease.

The experience

Sessions last around 90 minutes giving time to arrive, sense and integrate what emerges.

You’ll leave with a clearer felt sense of yourself, practical ways to stay resourced and an embodied understanding that continues to unfold beyond the session.

This is not therapy or treatment. It’s a space for awareness, regulation, and remembering, where your body leads and I accompany you in listening.
