This call is a simple, honest conversation. We will talk about what has been happening for you, what you are hoping for, and whether this way of working feels like the right fit.

You will begin to get a feel for how I work, and I will listen for where you are and what you might need. Sometimes this leads to beginning therapy together. At other times, it becomes clear that a different kind of support would serve you better, and I will always name that openly.
