This is a single processing session designed for those who are already familiar with somatic work and want focused support with something that feels unresolved or held in the body.

We’ll work with what naturally arises, sensations, emotions, impulses, imagery - allowing the body’s own intelligence to guide the process.

The session isn’t about fixing or forcing change, but about creating the safety and conditions for incomplete experiences to find resolution, so they no longer shape how you move, feel or relate in the present.

This is for you if you:

– Already have some somatic or therapeutic experience

– Feel relatively stable in your day-to-day life

– Are not in active addiction or acute mental health crisis

– Want a space of your own to process, integrate or move through something specific

Sessions are 90 minutes, giving time to arrive, settle, process deeply, and integrate what emerges. You’ll leave with space, clarity, and practical ways to continue supporting yourself after the session.

This work is especially supportive for practitioners, yoga teachers, and therapists who hold space for others and also need a place for their own systems to unwind and integrate.

Please note: This session is not a substitute for ongoing therapy, medical treatment, or crisis support. It is designed for those who already have some experience with somatic or therapeutic work, and who feel stable enough to engage in a focused process. These sessions are not suitable for anyone currently in active addiction, experiencing acute mental health difficulties, or without some capacity for self-regulation.
